MA created the (re) MOVE ME multi-media post-operative protocol by drawing from her background in movement research, her artistic practice and her legal scholarship on medical law & ethics. At the heart of the initiative is the so-called “Patient Testimony Film”, which is a format which was produced by MAstudioLAB and Alessandro Visconti, Physiotherapy / Milan, the purpose of which is to encourage patients to be active participants in designing, developing and documenting a personalised, multi-media, post-operative protocol.
