Press Release by MA: “I am a Mixed media Artist, a Lawyer, and a GYROTONIC® instructor. I continue to engage with movement research for my overall wellbeing as well as mainstreaming it into my arts practice. Yoga has enabled me to integrate movement as a way of life instead of compartmentalising it as a ”keep fit’ strategy. This past year, I have been practising LYT Yoga  via its on-line platform which turned out to be a lifeline during the various stages of lockdown here in Italy. I am so grateful for the privilege to be able to start the Level 1 Teacher training course later this month with @lara.heimann. This would not have been possible without the full scholarship that #lytyoga awards to BIPOC yogis or aspiring yogis worldwide.”
